was skeptical at first, but after trying I have really enjoyed using afrezza...no needles is an awesome change! would recommend if you are on the fence ;)
A1C has dropped significantly,i had previously used insulin pump and was getting frustrated with it,Afrezza is the deal,i have felt better and its so easy to use.
